We were retained to help administer the estate of an elderly woman who died without a will. She left substantial assets, including several tracts of land, measuring over 180 acres. Three of the parcels were developed and contained houses that have been leased to tenants. The deceased’s nearest living relatives were ten distant relatives who resided across the nation.
